Creative Director

Debra leads the creative and design side of Worker Ant. With more than 20 years of experience in presentation design, template development and brand implementation, she specialises in turning visual identities into practical tools that teams use every day.

Her background includes supporting global organisations, professional services firms and creative agencies with presentation systems, document templates and brand rollout projects. She combines strong design principles with a deep understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Vaughn leads strategy, client delivery and business operations at Worker Ant. He has spent more than two decades working with organisations across multiple industries, improving the way they create, manage and maintain branded business documents.
